The American nonprofit medical center Mayo Clinic and the Dutch blockchain company Triall have joined forces to improve clinical trial design and data management using Blockchain technology. A two-year multi-center pulmonary arterial hypertension clinical trial will involve 10 research centers and more than 500 patients. The program will assist with tasks including data collection, document management, study oversight, and consent.
